The art of blending history and modernity: the restyling of Provenzano Pasticceria, Tuglie (LE)
In the heart of Salento, the Provenzano family has been passing down their pastry art for over 100 years.
Today, in the fourth generation of professionals, the owners wanted to bring a more contemporary atmosphere to the shop, without losing the essence of the history that made the pastry shop great.
Architect Marco Giovinazzo perfectly interpreted the heirs' desire and, after a careful study of all the important details for the transformation, such as chosen materials, lighting fixtures, geometries, and technologies, he created the "creamy cloud" tone on tone that surrounds those who enter Provenzano. In the restyling, the wave created on the ceiling and walls makes the stay in the shop unique and evocative, and channels the light in a unique way.
In this context, the design and functionality of Ifi solutions integrate perfectly with the lines drawn by the Architect. The Pivot vertical display cases were placed in a niche, welcoming customers in the entrance area along with the Colonna showcase, which highlights the pastry shop's offerings. The showcase, with a heated shelf and extra-clear glass, becomes one with the Ifi bar counter covered in elegant Dekton Entzo, combined with a band in oak veneer and a burnished metal baseboard.
The whole is enhanced by LED lighting perfectly integrated into the counter equipped with ventilated refrigeration cells.
Ifi shaped rear bases are equipped to ensure practical and efficient service and house the area dedicated to the coffee machine and washing, as well as the glycol gelato Pozzetti.
Thanks to this restyling, today the Provenzano Pasticceria manages to combine, like in a perfect recipe, tradition and modernity, offering its customers a unique experience that enhances over a century of excellence.
