Al volo is the mini refrigerated professional display case to take artisan Gelato, Pastry and Pralines beyond the traditional boundaries of consumption. An elegant plug-in object, which in very little space encompasses the technological core of an Ifi professional display case, and thanks to a detailed design study, enhances the products on display, making them visible even from afar.
