Ready to go on the sweetest food trucks of Europe?
Also in 2019 Ifi is side by side with the Gelato Festival, traveling event dedicated to artisanal gelato that will cross Italy and Europe in search of the best gelato in the world.
Ifi technologies will support competing gelato chefs by preserving and displaying their gelato; in fact the food trucks Ruggeri, Caterina and Buontalenti, will be equipped with Ifi products: Panorama TechnologyTonda and Cloud display case, as well as Gelato CoolBox.  A collaboration between Ifi and the Gelato Festival that demonstrates company's passion for artisanal gelato. Ifi has always supported the good Italian traditional gelato and gelato chefs, professionals who put passion into everyday work to create quality gelato and spread its value, an Italian excellence, throughout the world.

Gelato Festival days will be animated by various activities, including:

-The Ifi Tonda Challenge, a “must” during which Festival's gelato chefs can challenge each other demonstrating their ability to create the perfect 60-grams cup!
-The Gelato Quiz, a fun format proposed by Ifi and addressed to the public that will animate the squares of Festival’s stages; a moment to explore curiosities and news about the most loved cold dessert in the world: the gelato. 

The stages of the Gelato Festival World Master Europe are:
- April: 6-7 Florence; 13-14 Rome; 27-28 Turin
- May: 4-5 Milan
- June: 1-2 Berlin; 8-9 Warsaw; 19-20 Vienna Baden; 29-30 London
- September 28-29 
- October 5-6 Barcelona
