The composition is defined by a marked horizontal development, punctuated by the H 1150 bar counter with double volume and alternating aesthetic finishes that create a continuous, compact and well-structured front.

The sequence of upper and lower volumes guides the reading of the counter and reinforces its rhythm, while the volumetric countertop marks a clear line that closes its extension, defining its boundary. Integrated lighting emphasises the transitions between the different levels and helps give depth to the whole, enhancing both the bar furnishing and the space. The plinth also becomes an active part of the project.

The horizontal layout is interrupted by the vertical refrigerated Pivot display cases, here in the counter version, seamlessly integrated into the shopfit: they introduce variation, break the symmetry and create focal points for displaying pastry and gelato creations
