At Sigep World 2025 Ifi brought to stage its innovative refrigerated solutions and furnishing proposals for bars, gelato parlours, pastry shops and the entire food sector, within a stand in which every visual and structural element told a story of connection, innovation and care. A reminder of deep roots, branching out and growing towards the future.

Stars 2025.
New Era Pozzetti.
Already a pioneer, Ifi has revolutionised the world of Pozzetti by introducing ventilated refrigeration, improving glycol refrigeration and creating anti-rotation system for tubs, now setting a new standard for Pozzetti in terms of performance, ergonomics and design.
Tonda New Edition.
The first round, rotating display case in history is enriched with a new service gesture: the pans rotate in response to the aerial movements of the Professional's hands. Ergonomic design, advanced technologies and extraordinary thermodynamic properties guarantee comfort, efficiency and enchantment. Selected in the ADI Design Index 2024, in the running for the next ADI Compasso d'Oro award, Tonda is available in the Gelato, Pastry and Praline services.
Esedra.
The gelato, pastry and praline display case overcomes the traditional approach of inclined display: the surface becomes horizontal and raised, bringing the creations closer to the eyes and eliminating all visual barriers. The display is flush, and even in the presence of different ducted services it is always at the same height rewarding visual continuity. With exclusive, patented Ifi technologies and the use of R290 natural gas, Esedra ensures energy efficiency, hygiene and optimal conservation. The display case becomes a furnishing element with opportunities for customisation of internal and external finishes. Selected in the ADI Design Index 2024, Esedra is perfect for those seeking style and functionality.
Orama.
The slanted glass front, flush display and minimalist design enhance the visibility of gelato, pastries and pralines, and make the products visible from afar. The Orama display case offers a new, barrier-free viewpoint. The self-supporting double-glazed glass castle is composed entirely of pyrolytic, heated and tempered glass, ensuring maximum protection from condensation and high energy efficiency. Together with the advanced ventilated refrigeration system and exclusive, patented Ifi technologies, preservation is perfect.
