Gelato Festival World Masters 2025

From 27 to 31 October 2025, at the Carpigiani headquarters in Anzola dell’Emilia (BO), Ifi took part in five intense and exciting days that brought together over 150 gelato chef for the Italian semifinals and European finals of the Gelato Festival World Masters 2025, the prestigious world championship of artisan gelato, of which Ifi is technical partner.
The event was a valuable opportunity to meet and exchange with top professionals in the sector: moments of dialogue, exchange of ideas and inspiration that confirmed the value of a community united by the same passion for artisan gelato.
For Ifi, it was a privilege to stand alongside gelato makers with solutions designed to enhance talent, simplify everyday operations, and preserve product quality.
On 27 and 28 October, dedicated to Italian masters, and 30 and 31 October, reserved for their European colleagues, a special energy could be felt: the energy of those who believe in quality, attention to detail, and the beauty of gestures.
Congratulations to all participants for the commitment, professionalism and creativity they brought to the competition.
The special award“Best Flavour Storytelling”, promoted by Ifi and awarded by the press jury, recognised the ability to narrate gelato with emotion and authenticity.
The award went to Ivano Donato with the flavour “Fondente x tutti” and Julien Loeuil with “Retour d’alpage”, each receiving an Ifi Gelato CoolBox to take their gelato everywhere.
