with Air Balance system

The new Aura refrigerated display case integrates Air Balance (Ifi patent pending), the system that uses a unique low-speed air flow – gentle and even – to preserve the freshness and beauty of pastry creations, maintaining the proper humidity levels while ensuring maximum visibility.
The structure of the display case is light: the heat-sealed glass structure ensures formal purity, and the extra-clear glass enhances transparency.
The generous space and flush display make the product itself the true protagonist.
