Policy for the processing of personal data collected from the interested party

In accordance with what is provided for by EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided. The policy is provided in accordance with Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data).

1. TYPE OF DATA TREATED/TREATABLE

Data treated/treatable: "personal data".
For "personal data", as defined by Article 4 of GDPR 2016/679, it means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; (C26, C27, C30)".

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this site and/or the completion of data collection forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the data necessary to respond to requests.

In accordance with art. 6, par. 1, lett f) of GDPR 2016/679 the legal basis is represented by the Legitimate interest: "processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or of third parties, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data, in particular if the data subject is a child" ;
In this case the legitimate interest is represented by the activity strictly necessary for the functioning of the website and the provision of the navigation service on the platform.
For non-technical cookies and similar technologies the legal basis is consent in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lett. a) of GDPR.

4. FILLING OUT CONTACT FORMS

Following the completion, by the Interested Party, of the contact form on the website, the company will process the data to respond to your requests.
It is specified that the completion of the Form is prohibited for users under 14 years of age (or considered minors by the jurisdiction of their own country).

The legal basis for processing data is the consent of the interested party, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lett. a) of GDPR.

The data will be kept until the request is fulfilled and for a maximum of 1 year.

Nature of the data
The data is voluntary but the failure or incomplete provision of the data indicated as necessary will result in the company's inability to fulfill the request.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TO MAILING LIST

> Purpose of treatment
Following the completion of the form by the Interested party for subscribing to the mailing list, the company - upon explicit consent and until its eventual subsequent revocation - will collect contacts to which to send commercial, promotional and newsletter information, market research for marketing purposes.
This activity will be conducted both with automated means (email and SMS) and via telephone with operator and regular mail (all based on the data provided and detailed during the completion of the form).
It should be noted that the Form is not intended for visitors under 14 years of age or who are not of legal age in their place of residence. If not in compliance with the specified age requirements, do not enter personal information in the Form.

As per article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of GDPR 2016/679 the legal basis is represented by the Consent of the interested party: "the interested party has expressed consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes."

The data will be kept until the revocation of consent (opt-out).

The data is voluntary and if not provided it will not be used for the purpose in question.
The failure to provide consent will not prejudice the other different purposes of this information.
Any subsequent revocation of previously granted consent will not prejudice the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to the revocation itself (refer to article 7, paragraph 3)

6. WORK WITH US AREA

Purpose of treatment
Following the completion of the form by the interested party, the company will process the data to evaluate the candidacies for the open positions and to contact the candidates for possible future job opportunities.
It should be noted that the Form is not intended for visitors under 14 years of age or who are not of legal age in their place of residence. If not in compliance with the specified age requirements, do not enter personal information in the Form.

The provision of data is optional, but failure to provide or incomplete provision of data indicated as necessary will result in the company being unable to evaluate the application.

7. RESTRICTED AREA

> Purpose of the processing
The credentials to access the restricted area of the website will allow you to access catalogs, price lists and other materials that IFI will decide to share with its users.

According to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b), the processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

8. DATA RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients who will process the data as data controllers (Art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679) and/or as individuals acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Art. 29 of EU Regulation 2016/679), or who operate independently as separate Data Controllers for the purposes listed above.

9. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

You may exercise your rights as expressed by EU Regulation 2016/679, articles 15 and following, by addressing the Controller. You have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data, to rectify, or to delete the same. Furthermore, you have the right to data portability. You have the right to revoke any consent at any time without any prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. Save for any other administrative and judicial recourse, if you believe that the processing of data that concerns you violates what is provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (Control Authority www.garanteprivacy.it )

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE INFORMATION

The controller reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any part of this privacy policy, at any time. To facilitate the verification of any changes, the information will contain an indication of the date of update of the information.
