An interview to IFI President at the closure of Sigep

Wednesday February 3rd the Resto Del Carlino Newspaper publishes the interview to IFI President Gianfranco Tonti, few days after the conclusion of the Sigep International Exhibition for the Artisan Production of Gelato, Pastry and Bakery.
A great satisfaction for the feedback received during the Exhibition and for the growing turnover of a company increasingly perceived as a reference brand in the artisan gelato world. Being it a “world” where IFI is conducting a global cultural activity: that of bringing the “Italian” artisan gelato in those countries where “ice cream” still dominates.
