HCS PRO: advanced technology for gelato quality

Ifi continues to innovate with HCS PRO, the most advanced solution for the rear closure of gelato display cases. An evolution that combines efficiency, convenience and hygiene, optimising gelato preservation and service.

The already innovative HCS system with sliding closure, which reduces defrosting based on the actual time the display case is open, is now joined by HCS PRO which, thanks to the panel closure, incorporates advanced technology that takes temperature management and functionality to a higher level.

By means of the rear closure with an insulating panel with very low thermal conductivity, HCS PRO offers unprecedented thermal control, so that the display case can be transformed into a refrigerated storage cabinet, preserving the gelato in ideal conditions at all times.

Innovation that makes the difference

HCS PRO offers maximum performance thanks to a combination of advanced materials and technical solutions:

  • Exceptional insulation: with only 10 mm thickness, the panel provides the same thermal efficiency as of 40 mm of polyurethane.
  • Carbon fibre panel frame, for a light but extremely resistant structure.
  • Smooth and assisted movement, thanks to the rail system designed by the Ifi R&D Department.
  • Maximum reliability and durability, panel tested for 100,000 opening and closing cycles.
  • Elegantdesign, with black Fenix® laminate coating, wear-resistant, anti-fingerprint and easy to clean.


Maximum comfort, minimum footprint

One of the distinctive aspects of the HCS PRO is its practicality. The panel, when opened, disappears completely into the casing, leaving total access to the pans and making service faster, more convenient and more efficient.
