The IFI Academy “My First Gelato Parlour” course, translated into Japanese for the Tokyo stage of the Gelato World Tour, proved highly popular with the public in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Armed with smartphones, participants made sure to take plenty of snaps of the IFI Academy course which, one by one, goes through all the steps necessary to start up a successful business like a gelato parlour.
The ‘My first Gelato Parlour’ training module is aimed at those who wish to learn the steps needed to open a successful gelato parlour. It is divided into two parts:
1. Designing the premises
2. The business plan to approach the activity scientifically and make a profit in accordance with the essential factors of economic management.
