The ventilated pozzetti by IFI, first launched into the market by the company from Tavullia, were used to preserve and distribute gelato from may 15th to june 30th at EXPOGELATO 2015, the only EXPO event in BERGAMO which has obtained the sponsorship by EXPO MILANO 2015. The EXPOGELATO project included three founding points: a gallery, that explains the production chain; a visible lab for gelato making and its immediate tasting; and finally a square where people can eat gelato being comfortably seated. Inside the LAB, in the wonderful atmosphere of Santa Maria cloister, the IFI pozzetti hosted “Mielgòt”, the special flavor created for EXPO 2015 by Bergamo gelato artisans committee, and the different flavors, prepared every day by the gelato shops that took part in the project.
