IFI alongside the Italian team pastry world champion in Tokyo

A very special seminar the one to be held the 6th and 7th of October at the Japan Pastry College in Tokyo.  Exclusive original recipes and production processes of gelato-pastry creations will be revealed by the Italian Team that won the gold medal at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2015 (international biannual pastry competition in which 20 countries compete with their team of top pastry chefs in Lyon, France).

Fully booked the very first seminar organized by the Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University (Tokyo) and run by Italian Maestros and Pastry Champions Emmanuele Forcone, Francesco Boccia and Fabrizio Donatone: a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of Gelato Pastry from the world’s most skilled pastry chefs, in a country where the Art of Pastry reaches highest levels of perfection and innovation.
