Glad to be part of Fusto Milano, Gianluca Fusto's new artisanal pastry shop. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by pastry chef’s latest creations displayed in Colonna, a showcase characterized by pure geometries, same as those that characterize the products on display. Colonna, designed by Giulio Iacchetti, recived the XXV ADI Compasso d'Oro Honorable Mention.
Fusto Milano was an idea by Gianluca Fusto flanked by Linda Massignan, his partner in work and in life; a place of research, experimentation, training and production unique in Italy and in the world, which represents the synthesis of over twenty years of pastry chef’s career. The new laboratory is a single large space, created inside a 1930s gym, in the heart of Milan, in Amilcare Ponchielli Street Nr. 3, a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, and has been designed with the most advanced technologies, true Italian excellence, by selecting the best products that have ever been designed. A project that is becoming a point of reference in the world for international pastry.
