Jolly is the first gelato display case to introduce hybrid: an innovative system that grants the stability of cold inside the showcase, thanks to an additional source of cold.
During the essential though delicate defrosting phases, when gelato is more exposed to thermal shocks, hybrid activates additional ventilation putting new cold air into circulation.
Jolly’s technology stands out as a major step: gelato constantly benefits from the right cold conditions, as a guarantee of a more correct and mindful food preservation.
Conceived in collaboration with designer Marc Sadler, Jolly features a base with a grey rota-moulded monoblock. This solution provides great functional value, as it lessens vibrations and resonance of the internal elements, thus reducing noise and protecting the professional’s wellbeing.
